We primarily integrate with existing tools. If additional setup is required, the following services are available:
Additional tools or account setup — $100
Custom hosted form setup — $100
Website updates or form embedding — $125/hour (1-hour minimum)
All add-ons are scoped and approved before work begins.
Every automation is tested using live or sample data before delivery. At handoff, the workflow will run as described and produce the expected outcome using the connected tools.
If something does not work as scoped at delivery, we will work as long as it takes to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Each automation includes one free update within the first 3 months after delivery.
The update may include minor changes such as field mapping adjustments, copy updates, or small logic tweaks within the original workflow.
New workflows, additional tools, or expanded scope are not included and will be quoted separately.
